CarTrawler has built an application for all map-enabled smartphones that allows consumers to find the closest and cheapest car-rental offerings by using their GPS-enabled cellphones to locate car-rental depots on the location-sensitive map. Users can book a car using the phone with only one touch (using operator billing), or can use one touch to call the appropriate reservation desk. Additionally, users can use the application to get useful information such as the nearest petrol station to the return depot, as well as office hours and more. A booking made on “CarTrawler Mobile” is immediately placed onto the CRS of the auto-rental company, guaranteeing the reservation.

    I have ordered a rental car i Gdansk Poland form 18 ..mars – 20 mars thorugh your company. I have not recieved the voguer for the car, onlu the insurance dokument
    Can you please give me answer on this.

    My Initial complaint email is copied for your convenience below.

    We have recently had a very BAD experience using AirAuto,
    Faro. We were Linked to AirAuto via 121carhire.com/Carrentals/Exte… 

     

     

     

    whom took a 20 Euro Deposit & issued the AirAuto Car Rental E-Voucher, The
    agreed balance of 175 Euro (for two weeks car rental) payable to AirAuto Faro
    upon collection. The Faro AirAuto Agent Bullyingly attempted to extract an additional
    15 Euro (Cash) “Car Park late Exit Fee” Unsuccessfully from me. He then
    insisted & took an additional 750 Euro “Deductible Deposit” cardswipe
    whilst aggressively attempting to stop me from marking existing Car Damage upon
    the AirAuto Check Out/In“Damage Report” Form.
